Established in March 2026, LifeBridge Care Solutions LLC was founded on resilience, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.

After the loss of ownership in a previous home care company due to a business partnership, our founder remained steadfast in the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, dependable care in the place they call home. Rather than allowing that experience to define the future, it became the inspiration to build a new agency founded on trust, integrity, quality, and genuine compassion.

Today, our purpose is simple: to provide outstanding home health care and community-based support services that help individuals maintain their independence while receiving personalized care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
